We Are Jordan

Executive Leadership

Jordan Health was born from the action and advocacy of dedicated citizens, in partnership with vital community-based organizations, that led to the establishment of the original center, named the Rochester Neighborhood Health Center, in 1968. Today, Jordan Health is a dedicated team of healthcare and human services professionals in a network of primary care offices and health centers. Jordan Health continues the legacy of serving diverse communities unbounded by race, ethnicity or geography. We are uniquely positioned to serve a population challenged by limited resources and complex health conditions often associated with being economically disadvantaged and medically underserved.

President & CEO

Linda L. Clark, MD, MS

Dr. Linda Clark is Jordan’s Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Clark oversees the community health center’s physicians, providers, and overall medical operations at each site.
A practicing physician and long-time advocate for health equity and population health, Dr. Clark brings over 25 years of experience in occupational and preventive medicine. Most recently, as their Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Linda Clark provided strategic counsel to Common Ground’s initiatives from a medical perspective. Dr. Clark is a research assistant professor in SUNY Buffalo’s Department of Epidemiology and Environmental Health and Public Health and an adjunct assistant professor in Public Health Sciences at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.

During the pandemic, Linda helped organize Community Fighting COVID, a widely collaborative group put together to help combat COVID in primarily underserved communities of color through education, testing, and vaccination. Community activities, years in private practice and working for industry combined with population health work give her a unique vantage point regarding medical care and clinical operations.
Dr. Clark serves on the Boards of Directors of St. Joseph’s Neighborhood Center and the Greater Rochester Health Foundation. She currently chairs the Committee on Health Equity of the Medical Society of The State of New York (MSSNY) and recently helped form the Equity and Diversity Committee of the Monroe County Medical Society’s (MCMS), which she currently chairs.
