Our Board-Certified pharmacists at Jordan Health are integrated throughout the center’s health care teams. They provide a variety of direct patient care, population health, and drug information consultations. Treatment, prevention, management, and monitoring medication use to prevent/treat major blood clots in the legs (deep vein thrombosis) or lungs (pulmonary embolism), and stroke in patients with irregular heartbeat (atrial fibrillation)
