Subject: Strategic Planning Services for Anthony L. Jordan Health Corp.
Anthony L. Jordan Health Corp., a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Rochester and Canandaigua, New York, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist in the development of a comprehensive, 3-year strategic plan. The strategic plan should focus on key objectives such as:
- Increasing the patient population we serve
- Scaling up provider and clinical staff capacity
- Improving financial stability
- Maximizing returns on investments
- Embracing new technological solutions
- Using data to drive strategies to enhance clinical outcomes and overall quality of care and financial performance
The selected vendor will be required to work closely with a team to conduct necessary assessments, facilitate stakeholder consultations, and develop a detailed strategic roadmap. They are expected to incorporate feedback from patients, board members, staff, and the local community.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning for healthcare organizations
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and incorporate multiple perspectives
- Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to drive decision-making
- Established track record in achieving measurable outcomes
Timeline
The strategic plan must be completed in time for presentation at the annual meeting in November 2024.
Budget
Proposals should be competitively priced and provide a detailed breakdown of costs.
Submission Instructions
Interested parties are invited to submit their proposals by August 2, 2024, no later than 5:00 pm. Proposals should include the following:
- Cover letter summarizing the proposal (Less than 250 words)
- Company overview and relevant experience (Less than 250 words)
- Proposed methodology and approach (scope of work and outline of the proposed work plan) (less than 500 words)
- Detailed timeline for deliverables
- Team composition and qualifications
- Budget and pricing structure
Selection will be based on:
- Thoroughness and understanding of the tasks to be completed
- Responsiveness to the requirements of the project, including the timeline
- Background and experience in non-profit organizational analysis and evaluation. Community-based health care experience desired.
- Staff expertise and overall experience of personnel assigned to the work
